Finance Business Analyst to support the implementation of the Financial Management System! You will specifically be focused on the financial modules and play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation, optimisation, and support of our financial systems.
What you will be responsible for: - Gather and analyse business requirements related to financial processes and workflows.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for financial modules.
- Configure and customise the Finance System to support financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams and external consultants to design, develop, and implement customisations and integrations as needed.
- Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximise system utilisation and efficiency.
- Serve as an SME for the Finance systems financial modules, staying updated on new features and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the financial systems landscape.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to be successful: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on financial modules.
- Experience working with Large Finance Systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday or Microsoft!
- In-depth knowledge of Finance Systems and Finance Operations is required.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and workflows, with previous experience in finance or accounting roles preferred.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and customising financial modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
