- This is a full-time permanent position with a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Comms
- We're based in the heart of Sydney's CBD, with offices at WeWork on George Street!

The Opportunity: You'll play a key role in our Technology Recruitment team, driving growth by connecting top talent with opportunities across a broad range of areas—including Business Intelligence & Analysis, Data Management, Technical Support, Infrastructure & Engineering, IT Management & Security, Software Development (front end, back end, and full stack), Project Management, and Business Transformation.
Your Key Responsibilities: - Source and engage candidates for technology-focused roles using advanced search techniques and recruitment tools.
- Manage and maintain accurate data across JobAdder and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring candidate pipelines are up to date.
- Conduct initial technical screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, motivations, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Prepare detailed candidate shortlists and profiles highlighting key technical competencies.
- Research emerging technology markets to identify trends, skill shortages, and hiring opportunities.
- This is a sales-driven role where your results are rewarded with a competitive, uncapped commission structure to match your effort.
- Deliver great candidate experiences that build trust and long-term relationships.
- Work closely with your team to share insights, plan effectively, and celebrate wins.
- Grow your client base through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and business development.
- Set clear goals and consistently work to exceed them through focus and persistence.
What We're Looking For: - At least 1 years of end-to-end recruitment experience—with a strong track record in building and managing client relationships; a bonus for experience in tech recruitment.
- Passionate about connecting the right people with the right roles, and finding satisfaction in successful placements.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on building lasting client relationships and growing new business.
- Driven by goals, with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and calm under pressure, able to handle changing priorities with ease.
- Confident in sales, with a natural ability to build rapport and close deals.
