Financial Controller
Financial Controller A well-established not-for-profit in the healthcare sector, currently undergoing significant growth and transformation. They are seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to lead their financial control function and drive business performance.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing group financial accounting, statutory reporting, compliance, and internal controls. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement of financial operations. This is a permanent position with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 from home).
Key responsibilities include: - Managing month-end close processes, variance analysis, consolidated statutory accounts, and ongoing improvements to internal controls
- Overseeing financial reporting, compliance (including FBT), and audit coordination to meet all regulatory requirements
- Developing and maintaining corporate financial policies and procedures
- Providing leadership, coaching, and professional development for your team
- Identifying and implementing process efficiencies to enhance financial control operations

Experience Required: - CA qualified with a strong background in financial leadership with Big 4 experience
- Exposure to health care/aged care sector finance is advantageous
- 5 years post qual experience
