Finance Manager
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Finance Manager to manage the financial affairs of a private office with a range of trusts, companies, and property interests. This is a hands-on position with a strong focus on tax compliance, structuring, and financial reporting. Ideal for a professional seeking a long-term, stable role.
The Role - Oversee financial operations across private trusts, companies, and property holdings.
- Deliver accurate financial statements, consolidated reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Take full ownership of tax compliance and strategy, including trust distributions, entity-level tax planning, and working with external advisors.
- Support structuring, estate planning, and ongoing tax efficiency initiatives.
- Manage budgeting, treasury, and internal financial reporting processes.
- Act as the key finance contact to internal stakeholders and coordinate with external tax and legal advisors.
- Report directly to the senior finance lead within a small, professional team.

Requirements - CA or CPA qualified, with deep expertise in tax, reporting, and private entity compliance.

- Strong communicator able to interface effectively with senior stakeholders and external advisors.
- Independent, organised, and reliable, with a proactive and practical approach.
- Comfortable working onsite 4-5 days per week in a secure and collaborative setting.
