Business Analyst ERP/CRM

ERP Business Analyst | HRIS / Payroll
We're working with a forward-thinking organisation that's delivering a large-scale ERP transformation and looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the successful rollout of an integrated HRIS, Payroll, and Learning Management platform. This hybrid role combines business process analysis with the development and delivery of end-user training.
You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth system adoption, optimise workflows, and support change across core people and capability functions.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements related to human resources, payroll operations, and workforce development.
  • Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements to align with the new enterprise platform.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive training plan, including instructional content, quick reference guides, and classroom or virtual delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and user engagement sessions to support configuration, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional documentation and user-friendly training materials.
  • Act as the bridge between business users, project teams, and IT to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Provide post-go-live support, including issue triage and continuous training as required.
  • Champion change adoption and system literacy across the organisation.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Trainer in ERP or enterprise systems projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM, HRIS and Payroll platforms, with additional exposure to LMS (Learning Management Systems) preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other modern ERP platforms highly desirable.
  • Proven background in adult learning principles, instructional design, or delivery of business systems training.
  • Strong process mapping, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and influence adoption in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with change management practices and supporting end users through transitions.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
