Business Analyst D365
We're working with a high-profile Aussie brand that is looking for a
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst to join a high-performing team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing their enterprise ERP platform. This role is focused on gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
You will be instrumental in driving business process improvements, supporting end-to-end implementation, and enabling users to maximise D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to finance, operations, procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and D365 F&O capabilities.
- Assist in solution design, system configuration, and support of customisations.
- Support UAT, training, and change management processes across relevant business units.
- Act as a liaison between functional teams and technical resources, ensuring smooth delivery of enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for live environments, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
- Ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and business expectations.
Skills & Experience Required - 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst working specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Strong knowledge of Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets) modules.
- Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations or major upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly desirable.
- Ability to write functional documentation, user stories, and process maps (e.g., BPMN or Visio).
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change management within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps / Lifecycle Services (LCS) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of business processes across finance, operations, and procurement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
