Automation & Integration Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Automation & Integration Lead to transform workflows, streamline operations and deliver measurable efficiency gains. You will own automation end-to-end, lead proof of concepts, influence technology selection and contribute directly to the technical roadmap.
What You’ll Do - Lead hands-on automation of workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI
- Integrate systems and data across operational platforms
- Lead proof of concepts for new tools and automation initiatives
- Evaluate and influence technology selection decisions
- Pilot AI and agent-driven workflows using tools such as Copilot, Fireflies, Notion, Plaud or Fixer
- Establish scalable standards for automation and integration
What You’ll Bring - Proven hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power BI
- Experience working with AI-driven productivity or workflow tools
- Strong background in workflow automation and systems integration
- Comfortable owning delivery in a fast-moving environment
- Confident operating as a technical leader without direct reports
- Builder mindset, you prototype, test, iterate and deliver
