Anaplan Model Builder
We're partnering with a prestigious Australian organisation upgrading its Enterprise Performance Management capability and rolling out Anaplan across the business. They're seeking an experienced
Anaplan Model Builder to support model development, optimisation, and BAU enhancements throughout the implementation.
You will be working as part of a high-performing Finance and transformation team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth rollout. In this role, you'll contribute to building, refining, and maintaining Anaplan models used for forecasting, planning, and performance management, helping each business area reach a functional stage while supporting live models already in production.
You'll also drive data and process improvements to strengthen planning capability across the organisation. This role suits someone who enjoys full ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance project work with ongoing operational support.
What You'll Be Doing EPM / Anaplan Implementation Support - Contribute to the rollout of Anaplan as the organisation's core forecasting and planning platform.
- Assist with building new models, modules, and apps in partnership with internal teams and external implementation specialists.
- Provide BAU support for live models, ensuring stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Support process redesign and data-related changes to improve planning effectiveness across business divisions.
- Assist with coordination, documentation, and project-related tasks to keep delivery on track.
- Build a strong understanding of the organisation's financial and operational structure.
- Deliver work with a high degree of ownership, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide support on additional tasks and mini-projects as required.
- Ensure all activities align with organisational standards, policies, and ethical requirements.

- Adhere to safety, risk, and environmental obligations.
What You Bring - Degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or similar.
- Anaplan Model Builder Level 1 & Level 2 certification
- Strong Excel capability.
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen.
- Ability to interpret and explain financial and modelling concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple streams of work.
