AI Engineer
We are looking for an AI Engineer to join a multinational FinTech organization looking to reshape their industry. You will be designing, developing and deploying governance-first, data-sovereign and energy-efficient Green AI solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will be key in building scalable interoperable AI infrastructure with integrated cybersecurity controls, DevSecOps pipelines and secure supply-chain governance, supporting cross-border operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Design, develop and deploy Green AI solutions with full regulatory and sustainability compliance
- Integrate AI systems with cybersecurity controls, DevSecOps pipelines, secure supply-chain governance and Panda Incident Response tooling
- Ensure scalability and interoperability of AI infrastructure across tri-nation operations, aligned with SAGEA and SADEA frameworks
- Contribute to post-quantum cryptography readiness and resilient engineering practices supporting broader organisational initiatives
What you'll bring:
- Experience in AI/ML engineering with proven delivery of production-grade systems
- Strong proficiency in Python, modern frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, cloud-native technologies and sustainable/low-energy AI models
- Knowledge of ethical AI governance (OECD principles, ESG), data sovereignty and cybersecurity/DevSecOps practices
- Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure AI preferred
