We're partnering with a leading global organisation looking to bring on an AI Adoption Trainer to drive adoption of AI and digital tooling across the business. A hands-on role turning new technology into practical day to day value for people, sitting within the digital function and working closely with project, change and technology teams.
The Opportunity
- Design and deliver enablement and training that maps to how teams actually work
- Coach people across the business, from senior leadership through to support functions, on getting real value out of AI and digital tools
- Drive adoption of AI tooling including Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other emerging platforms
- Run mentoring and coaching programs built around real work scenarios rather than generic training
- Build advisory relationships with stakeholders at every level of the organisation
- Work alongside digital, project and change teams to understand where users get stuck and clear those blockers
- Overhaul existing training material, bringing in self-paced and modern learning formats
- Track adoption metrics across AI and digital tooling, turning the data into recommendations people can act on
- Make sure digital practice stays aligned to cyber security policy and technology standards
What We're Looking For
- Background driving software or technology adoption, whether through training, enablement, implementation consulting or customer success
- Experience coaching professionals through the rollout of new tooling and new ways of working
- Comfortable designing and delivering training or enablement material, including self-paced formats
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365, AI-enabled tooling and enterprise applications
- Understanding of change management principles and experience working through resistance
- Strong communicator in writing and in person, comfortable presenting to a room
- Consultative approach to stakeholders, able to draw out how people work and translate it into practical change
- Able to interpret adoption data and turn it into practical recommendations
- Self-starting, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Qualifications in training or learning design an advantage
