Prior to joining Excolo, Ari honed his recruitment skills across one of America's largest logistics and supply chain networks in the United States, spending three years recruiting for Total Quality Logistics (TQL). With placements in half of TQL's 61 US locations, this experience gave him a deep understanding of high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments and the ability to identify talent under pressure in a variety of markets.
Ari takes a straightforward, relationship-first approach, understanding the business context before presenting a single candidate. With four years of recruitment experience across two continents, he is known for honest communication, fast turnaround and a genuine commitment to getting the right fit on both sides of the desk.
Originally from the US, Ari brings an international perspective to everything he does. Outside of work he is a passionate fan of American Football, Basketball and college sports, and has at least one convert at Excolo who shares his enthusiasm. A former certified personal trainer in his college days, he has managed to teach the Excolo team more about protein intake than they will ever need to know.
